These terms govern your use of Claudeable (https://claudeable.co). By using the site, you agree to them.

The service

Claudeable is a community directory of resources for Claude and Claude Code — skills, MCP servers, subagents, hooks, configurations, and related tools. Listings link to third-party resources we don't control; we curate but can't guarantee that any listed resource is safe, current, or fit for your purpose. Review anything you install.

Accounts

You can browse without an account. Submitting resources requires signing in via Google or GitHub. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Submissions

When you submit a resource to the directory:

• You confirm you have the right to share it, and that the listing doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property or violate any third-party terms.
• You grant Claudeable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt (for formatting), and distribute the submitted listing content as part of the directory, including in feeds, search results, and promotional contexts.
• This license is transferable and sublicensable to any successor operator of the service, so the directory can continue operating if ownership changes.
• You keep ownership of your content. You can ask us to remove a listing you submitted at any time by emailing us.

We review submissions before publishing and may edit for clarity, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion — particularly anything malicious, misleading, or low-quality.

Acceptable use

Don't submit malware or resources designed to harm users, spam the directory, scrape the site in ways that degrade it for others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or impersonate others.

Paid services

Featured listings and advertising placements are available for a fee, processed by Stripe. Fees are stated at purchase and are non-refundable once the placement is live, unless we fail to deliver it. Paid placement never exempts a listing from our quality and acceptable-use standards.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudeable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any third-party resource listed on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Assignment

You may not assign these terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; they bind and benefit any successor operator of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email admin@claudeable.co.
