agent-rules collects the project rules a heavy agent user actually keeps: commit and changelog conventions, bug-fix and PR-review workflows, Swift/iOS specifics, documentation generation, and meta-rules for writing rules themselves.

Each rule is a standalone `.mdc`/markdown file designed to drop into Cursor's rules directory or paste into a CLAUDE.md — a practical menu of proven guardrails rather than a framework to adopt wholesale.
